

A-SLAM has an established reputation in Vancouver as a Juno-nominated DJ and producer. His nomination was for the album he co-produced for Indigenous R&B singer, Inez, called Sing Soul Girl, which also won several Western Canadian Music Awards.
The song A-SLAM produced for Vancouver pop artist Elise Estrada charted in the top 50 on Adult Contemporary Radio, Top 20 for Canadian Only, and was featured on Stingray's hit list alongside Calvin Harris and DJ Khaled.
SLAM has performed at several festivals, including Party For The Planet, The Hub Festival, and a massive performance at Surrey's Fusion Festival. A-SLAM has also been invited to joint showcases with the VSO, The Chan Centre, and CBC.
Andy is a unique performer who personifies a meeting place for the worlds of music, science and recycling. He uses amazing invented instruments, world music, and humor, along with a pro recycling message, to enthrall young audiences with a truly creative and educational performance!
Drawing from the music of other cultures, Andy has performed and studied in over 20 countries, including India, South Africa, and the Forbidden City in China. He has also performed for the Prime Minister, British Royal family, and even appears on a Raffi CD.
Dance has been an intrinsic part of Carla's life since a young age. She has been a performer for most of her life and has an extensive background in teaching dance. Originally from Brazil, Carla loves to share the cultural aspects of Brazilian Zouk with students. Since 2017 she's been training and teaching Brazilian Zouk with Javi.
Javi started his movement journey as a child playing Futbol (soccer), and in 2004 he discovered Salsa dancing. In 2014 Javi discovered Brazilian Zouk while travelling to Brazil for the World Cup! Since then he's been travelling the world training and seeking the greatest teaching techniques and dance wisdom to share with his students.
Together, they are loved for approaching dance with emphasis on connection and technique, fused with humour and theatrical exercises. Alongside a deep understanding of body conditioning and anatomy, they make dance accessible to students of all ages and abilities.
Carla and Javi have trained extensively in Brazil to further develop their teaching methodology and to share a true cultural dance experience with their students. Welcome to Brazilian Zouk!

Most recently, CircusWest partnered with the VSO and Vancouver Opera and have performed at major music, children's, and cultural festivals throughout BC. CircusWest also runs a circus arts training centre based at the PNE for teaching circus to all levels and ages. Glisha is a Surrey-based Filipino Canadian singer-songwriter with international hit singles to her name. Glisha writes and produces her own original music, and has been performing in the Metro-Vancouver and Fraser Valley area for the past 14 years.

Kwel Eng Sen is the traditional Semiahmoo language for golden eagle. Semiahmoo leader Xwopokton (Harley Chappell) and youth will share several songs and dances to express the ancient history and cultures of the Semiahmoo people. We are honoured to share the undocumented history of the Semiahmoo traditional territory.
Kylie V (they/them) is a 19-year-old singer-songwriter from Vancouver. With vulnerable, vivid lyrics, a voice ranging from a gentle lilt to a powerhouse, and a unique blend of folk, rock, and pop instrumentation, Kylie V is an up-and-coming indie starlet. Their debut album, Big Blue, released when they were only 17, received widespread praise and critical acclaim.
Kylie has now followed it up with The Runaway EP, a collection of songs showing artistic growth and bridging the gap towards their next album, which they are now hard at work on.
Matt Cook-Contois and Erik Severinson are two leading members of The Sheets, a professional cover band with a residency at the legendary Blarney Stone in Gastown. Mivule is a 4-piece multicultural band incorporating the sounds of Reggae, Afrobeat and Dub, with lyrics in English and various African languages. The band's songs draw heavily on the experiences of Brian, lead singer and South Sudanese refugee. The name “Mivule” is derived from the Mivule Tree, which is a type of teak wood tree found in Uganda. The tree is a place where the village meets to settle disputes. Mivule represents a collaborative process of making peace.
North Surrey Dance is a public educational dance program based out of North Surrey Secondary School. As a community, we strive every day to be good-hearted humans, creative artists and dynamic dancers.
Under the direction of Ms. Menelaine Valencia, our program explores the cultures, and techniques of various dance forms such as Hip-Hop, Breaking, Contemporary and Bhangra. Through freestyle and creative movement, we use dance as a tool to express our unique selves while also exploring how it connects us all.

Originally from Mission in British Columbia’s Fraser Valley, now living in the heart of Vancouver, the Canadian singer/songwriter’s 2021 Dream Book EP was an adventure into electronic pop and pure pop itself. So accomplished is the EP that it may be hard for the listener to believe that Rebecca was all of 19 when she recorded it, and younger when she wrote many of the songs.
She showcased on a multitude of stages at Toronto’s Canadian Music Week 2022. Accolades include the 2020 and 2021 Fraser Valley Music Awards as Pop Artist of the year and the 2022 FVMA R&B Artist of the Year.
